Mission: JOY

Sponsored by The Chris & Tammy Walsh Family Trust

These two Nobel Peace Prize Laureates united for one final mission: to show the world how to live with JOY, even in troubled times. And they know what they are talking about. They both lived through extreme hardship and continued to live with JOY despite their circumstances.

The film goes behind the scenes at the Dalai Lama's residence in Dharamsala, where Archbishop Tutu and the Dalai Lama recount stories from their lives.

The latest neuroscience now confirms what life experience and spiritual traditions have been telling us for thousands of years: Joy is an inside job. This is the best news ever. It means that we don’t have to simply hope that we’ll feel better, someday, maybe. We can take the reins and create more JOY for ourselves.
